Deine Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten Auftritt und Verkauf im Store sowie für die Personaleinsatzplanung, das Lager- und Warenmanagement, und die Inventur
Du erweckst den Store zum Leben: Du bietest unseren Gästen ein einzigartiges Erlebnis im Store, bist das Gesicht unserer Marke und stellst einen erstklassigen Service unserer Gäste ab dem Moment, in dem sie zur Tür hereinkommen sicher
Du koordinierst und führst inspirierende Events, wie Produkt-Launches, Workshops, Influencer:innen meet and greets in Abstimmung mit dem internen Communication Team im Store
Du machst den Store zu einem Ort an dem Familien gerne Zeit verbringen und immer wieder kommen
Erstellen von Social Media Content für unsere Kanäle, um unseren Store auch online zugänglich zu machen
Du bist interessiert an Feedback und Ideen unserer Community und trägst das Wissen intern weiter

Was du mitbringst

Du kennst optimalerweise Stapelstein^® und hast die Produkte selbst schon lange im Einsatz
Du beherrschst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch
Du hast optimalerweise einen pädagogischen Fachhintergrund und/oder hast Erfahrungen mit “open play”, spielerischer Bewegung und fühlst dich wohl im Umgang mit Kindern
Du hast bereits erfolgreich einen Store geleitet und auf der Fläche Produkte zum Leben erweckt
Du behältst einen kühlen Kopf, wenn es hektisch wird und arbeitest lösungsorientiert, wenn es Herausforderungen zu stemmen gilt
Du bist kommunikationsstark und mit deiner positiven Energie machst du für unsere Gäste den Besuch im Store zu einem unvergesslichen Event
Du hast die Bereitschaft an Samstagen und in Ferienzeiten zu arbeiten (Öffnungszeiten: Mo.-Sa. 11-19:00)

Your tasks

You are responsible for the entire appearance and sales in the store as well as for staff scheduling, warehouse and goods management, and inventory
You bring the store to life: You provide our guests with a unique in-store experience, are the face of our brand and ensure our guests receive first-class service from the moment they walk in the door
You coordinate and lead inspiring events, such as product launches, workshops, influencer meet and greets in coordination with the internal communication team in the store
You make the store a place where families enjoy spending time and come back again and again
Creating social media content for our channels to make our store accessible online as well
You are interested in feedback and ideas from our community and pass on the knowledge internally

What you bring

Ideally, you know Stapelstein^® and have been using the products yourself for a long time
You are proficient in both German and English
Ideally, you have a pedagogical background and/or experience with "open play", playful movement and feel comfortable working with children
You have already successfully managed a store and brought products to life on the sales floor
You keep a cool head when things get hectic and work in a solution-oriented manner when challenges need to be overcome
You are a strong communicator and your positive energy makes a visit to the store an unforgettable event for our guests
You are willing to work on Saturdays and during vacation periods (opening hours: Mon.-Sat. 11-19:00)

Framework

Launch from mid-August, beginning of September at the latest (store opening mid-September in Berlin)
Role-based work in a holocratically organized team

36 hours per week
